If there is one movie i can never forget that is "7G rainbow colony". I just love this movie, its the only movie which took my breath away and made me cry. The movie is based on a true story and takes us through a journey of love and its pain. Its been around 4 years since the movie released, i have a dvd of it and i just keep watching it over and over again. I like every scene in the movie especially the climax, its so closely related to everyone's life and its definitely a part of my life also. It has got some superb background music and songs. Whenever i watch the movie it takes me back in time and brings tears in my eyes ;( the movie makes us realise what true love is ;( below are few scenes which i think is the most touching scenes ever made in tamil cinema.

Ever seen people in real life climbing high walls, jumping over them, zooming through parallel rods and jumping from building to buildings without any safety harness cannot believe it na well its actually true. Its called YAMAKASI, it is known as the art of movement, it requires great skill and technique. This art was actually found by a group of local boys in paris(france) and what started as a activity is now their greatest passion. When i first saw the art i was like wowww it was just mind blowing and super cool. The group of yamakasi members first plan a map of the city and then they make it their course of movement. This art of yamakasi is the most extreme method of freestyle running, jumping and climbing. It requires years of training and practice and any one mistake may prove to be fatal. Another important news is that its gaining popularity in india among the film actors and other sports men. Bollywood biggies like akshay kumar and cricketers like yuvaraj singh are said to be practicing this art also known as parkour. People who see it will just instantly fall in love with the art and it will even push them to extremes never thought off. I really wish i get a chance to learn this really fantastic freestyle art and if not learn i wish atleast to see the people who perform this art with such precision. With arya's "naan kadavul" right around the corner the director of the movie bala has revealed some of the secrets of the movie. Its about the aghori sadhus in india and once again bala has touched an extreme which no one has ever tried or even thought of doing. Aghori sadhus in india shocking to common man practise cannibalism as a religious ritual to attain a divine status called as "moksha". I have added a real footage on how these sadhus practise cannibalism and I SERIOUSLY CAUTION people who are heart patients and who are light hearted "DON'T WATCH THIS VIDEO". Vijay's latest release "kuruvi" isn't flying high, the movie is a big diappointment. Its a usual vijay commercial movie and director dharani has failed to set the screen on fire as he did in "Ghilli" with the same cast. The female lead trisha as no role to play in the movie and has not impressed us whatsoever. The only highlight of the film is vijay's amazing dance movements, have to give credit to the choreographers and vijay for the excellent foot work. A few songs are good but we expected more from vidyasagar the music director. The movie's theme music is rocking although the songs are bad, yogi B has done a good job.

In a nutshell, the movie is about Vetrivel (Vijay), a racer in Chennai, who sets out to free his father Singamuthu (Manivannan) and his peers who are bonded laborers in a mine run by Kocha (Suman) and Konda Reddy (Ashish).

In the meantime, he also finds time to romance Kocha's sister Devi (Trisha), who falls in love when he comes to her brother's place in Malaysia as part of his mission.

Special pat to producer Udayanidhi Stalin for spending his might to bring grandeur on screen. Dharani, known for his commercially masalas, disappoints those expecting the same from him. It can be enjoyed only in parts.

The IPL tournament had kicked off this april and its been a massive success so far. The different teams have showed their great talents and all of them rock. The kolkata knight riders were considered the best team until the chennai super kings broke their winning streak. The super kings thrashed the knight riders in the 20-20 match last evening and won the match by 9 wickets. Mathew hayden shined for the kings as he thrashed the bowlers all over the stadium. It was like a ball bashing innings by hayden and soon captain dhoni joined the party to smash some sixers. The kings zoomed to the target set for them. The kings lead the IPL table and are showing other teams who's the boss. The chennai team is yet to face a defeat, they have won all 3 matches till now. Well from the way things are going we seem to be the strongest team in the league with the right mix of experienced and young talents. But there's still a long way to go and i wish the team good luck. The super kings roar and they say BRING IT ON.....

My fourth semester(B.COM.) started on the 19th and i finished my first exam successful. I'm in my study holidays now, my next exam is on the 29th. I have no problems in studying for one exam but i have got to write 2 papers on the same day. And if thats not enough i have got 2 papers again on the 30th can you imagine i.e. the very next day. I'm really stressed out preparing for all 4 exams and i'm still not done finishing my subjects. It so hard to keep sitting with books full of theory for the whole 9 days before my next exam begins. The exam schedule is so stupid, we have got to write 4 exams in 2 days and on top of that we just have a day's gap before the 4th and 5th exam. Its truly very stressing and i'm really depressed. The reason i'm going through this is because my hall ticket was withheld for 2 exams for a attendance lag in my previous semester. I requested my H.D.O. to let me write my exams but he denied it strongly. I was so angry coz the really disturbing thing was that some of my fellow mites wrote their exams by bribing people in the college. It was so irritating to listen to them when they said that coz had i written those 2 papers i would have cleared them easily. But now nothing is getting into my head and i'm struggling a lot. Anyways i have to do my duty, hope everything turns out well for me. wish me luck i need your prayers.....

Rakesh roshan's krazzy 4 was in a legal controversy which created problems for its release. We know that SRK and hrithik roshan had done the promo songs for the movie. Both the promos are big hits, while SRK has done wonderful and hot dance performance hrithik roshan had other plans. He went solo to set the screen on fire, his tune was composed by rajesh roshan. The audio was in the market for quite sometime, controversy struck just a day before the movie's release where Mr.raj sampath composer for the tune of sony ericsson's w200i thump phone claimed that his tune has been copied by rajesh for the hrithik number. It created quite a big legal tie for rakesh roshan as sampath had filed a suite in the court. The movie's released was delayed and hrithik's fans were disappointed. But now the matter has been solved where Mr.rakesh has paid a whopping 2 crores as compensation to sampath the original composer of the jinggle in the song. Krazzy 4 has now hit theaters and running. The D-day is fast approaching. Come 25 April, the audio launch of the magnum-opus ‘Dasavadharam’ would be launched with great hype and hoopla. And the biggest hype ever in kollywood is that the one and only jackie chan will be taking part in the audio release function. Sources close to producer Oscar Ravichandran said Jackie Chan and his associates will be flown to Chennai in a special flight to take part in the audio release. And the other buzz is that a song Ulaganayaganae, penned by lyricist Vairamuthu featuring Kamal Haasan in 10 roles was shot recently with director K S Ravikumar making a cameo in the song. The audio to be released by Chief Minister M Karunanidhi will have Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Mammootty and Chiranjeevi taking part. This is the biggest audio release in the history of tamil cinema. Kamal hassan has once again brought tamil cinema in the limelight across the world.

Dhanush's new movie directed by jawahar is hit theaters last week and its been getting mixed reactions from the critics. The movie is the remake of the telugu movie "ADAVARI MATALUKU ARDHALE VERULE" where venkatesh and trisha played the lead roles and was directed by selvaraghavan. As far as i'm concerned the remake of such a good story has gone in vain. I really hated the movie for the cast when compared to the telugu version. No doubts that dhanush is very good actor but i just don't think this movie suited him, it needed someone more mature. Raghuvaran has done an excellent job but the magic is just missing between him and dhanush. Nayanthara looks pretty in the movie but she has totally blown her chance to perform in the movie. The comedy is good at a very few places and i think karunas is one of the many miscast artistes in the movie. karthick on the other hand has done a decent job. The young girl in the second half has done justice to that role, an excellent job by her. Overall the movie for me was very average i would say 2 out of 5. Final verdict the movie is a mere pass time than an entertainer.

we studied together rite from kinder garden till 8th grade. we were the thickest of friends and we enjoyed each other's company. after we finished our 8th grade his mother who is working in a government office had got a transfer to delhi and he had to shift over with his mother. it was so disappointing to me and was hard for me to accept but couldn't do anything. so he left for delhi and i continued my schooling here. as time went by it became harder for me to keep in touch with pandu as we both got busy with our lives. i used to think about him whenever i was alone, those sweet memories in school would bring tears in my eyes. by the time i finished my schooling i had lost his contact completely since my phone number and his changed. we couldn't keep in touch i was cursing myself and felt really bad. i was desperate to know how he was after so many years. i finished my first year of college and nearly 6 years had passed since i saw or spoke to him. i missed him a lot i thought i would never see him again. but as they say the world is small and we have to meet someday. i have never believed in fate until a few days back.i was chatting in orkut n i kept thinking and thinking and luck struck me. there was a guy who studied with us in school his name was sankalp and i had found him. but still i kept my fingers crossed when i asked him whether he still remembered me and pandu. to my surprise the guy did remember us and when i asked him about whether he had any contact with pandu he said YES I HAVE SPOKEN TO HIM RECENTLY. at tat point i just cant express how happy i was n i started to search for pandu in sankalp's friend list n atlast i found him.i saw that he didnt put up his photos in orkut so i was disappointed. i wanted to see how he looked like after all these years. i got his number and dialled it immediately. he picked and said hello man he sounded so different you know after all these years. i decided to play a prank on him and i said i'm calling frm pizza hut the dude was very weird and confused coz i teased him somtime hehehehe.... and finally i told him who i was. the guy was like how in the blue hell r u?? i was literally speechless. i was so so so happyyy tat i found him atlast. let me tell u people i don't know how he felt about me but i missed him a lottt all these years. we spoke for about an hour on the phone i got to know that he was studying in vellore and said he woud meet me when he comes to chennai this summer.i told him to upload his photos as soon as possible on orkut. i was so full of joy and i kept the phone. i told my friends,family and everyone that i found my old friend. even my mom had word with him coz she has been seeing him from when he was a child. it was too emotional and touching that day. and i'm waiting for the day i meet him i would just felt so heavy hearted the night i spoke to him...;-) thanks to orkut for bringing us together again.

hi people.. i'm manjunath and this is my new blog. its so cool to have a blog of your own. i got this idea from my bro shravan who already has a blog. he actually has got his first paycheck this month. i'm really happy for him and i wanted to experience the same feeling of having a blog. i think it would be innovative for me to think what i should post. i hope i put up interesting subjects for all to read,enjoy and learn. all you people out there wish me luck and i need your support to succeed. hope you all would enjoy your visit to my blog.

so after the fun we had in the ground at the rock pary the day was over and we were sad. but we never expected that we would have the greatest fun in our life in the local train. we all got into the train with the mcc and loyola students and we were travelling in the foot board of the train. suddenly the my mcc friends started tapping the train for some mind blowing chennai local music which made us to stand up from the sits and dance to it. mind you the music in the videos below has no instruments. did we enjoy or what oh dear god i can still remember that day we had fun to the core. we occupied a whole compartment and all the people were just staring at us thinking what the hell we were doing. and i have to tell to that we didnt create any nuisance to the public there. we politely asked them to move away from the part of the compartment we were dancing in. they enjoyed it to. we did unimaginable things that night in the train while returning home from the culturals. i just cant forget that wonderful day and people might think whats there in it for me to remember such a day but go ask any college student and he/she will tell you what those days felt like.the guy in organe is my friend joseph and the one in black is my friend kishore. and the other videos includes my friends naveen,my bro shravan,sudarsan,venky,etc.

All you people out there must have heard about having fun but have you seen it i mean the real fun. well its your lucky day and i can show what fun and enjoyment really is chennai style. well to start off it was the deepwoods culturals at the madras christian college. my friend raj thilak who is doing his b.com there had invited all my friends to the culturals party. he said it would be really fun. there were rock shows,fashion shows and other cool things to watch you know(the chicks i mean lol). a whole lot of our friends nearly 25 of us had gathered there forthe culturals. the rock show started and i wasnt enjoying much as i dont listen to rock music. and a bit later i found all my friends cursing thilak cause there were not enjoying too. later we decided to take the show in our hands and we wanted to do it our style.The stars who really stole the show were my friends joseph and kishore. we all entered the crowd and started what we call having fun. well watch it for yourself in the videos i managed to take.

It was my friend's kamalesh's birthday and we were planning a lot of things. we bunked college as usual hehehe... my others and me went up to his place to meet the guy and wish him. we reached there and saw the guy he was in his b'day dress looking really cool cause i was the one who selected it lol.. so we were just planning out were we could go for lunch. but before that we were at the top of the tank of his new building. man we were teasing the poor guy so badly that he was running behind us with a stick. then it was time for the photo shoot out as we call it on special days. my self and yuvaraj climbed the tank first man it was very scary to look down from there. then we all got up there and started the photo session. we took some really nice photos and during the same thing we played a prank on mt friend jaya kumar as he was very trembling to stand at the end of the tank. we caught as though we were going to throm him of the roof the dude almost pissed in his pants lol. finally we got down and went for lunch at the ponnuswamy hotel. we ate as much as we could so that the bill is upto the standard(you get it right :-)). and we happily left no no nooo.. forgot the traditional b'day bumps. we caught kamalesh by surprise outside the hotel and banged him till his butt ached hehehe.. man i cant forget that b'day we had loads of fun.wish we enjoy the same way this year.waiting for it.
